Changsha’s rising prominence as an industrial, cultural, and tourism hub was underscored during a four‑day business mission by the CCILC Macau Delegation from 15–18 January. Led by CCILC President Mr. Carlos Cid Alvares, who also serves as CEO of Banco Nacional Ultramarino (BNU), the mission brought representation of Macau’s business and institutional community.
